• Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only.
• By entering any competition, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time.
• Employees of ThirtySix Competitions, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competitions are not permitted to enter.
• We reserve the right to refuse or disqualify any entry where eligibility requirements are not met.
• Competitions can be entered online through our website by purchasing competition tickets.
• Each competition clearly displays the entry price, draw date, prize details, and entry limits.
• In Accordance with the Gambling Act 2005, a free postal entry route is available for every competition
.• Full free entry instructions can be found within each competition page and our Terms & Conditions.
To enter for free, send a postcard or letter including:
• Full name
• Full address
• Date of birth
• Email address
• Contact telephone number
• The competition you wish to enter
• The answer to the Skill based question.
Only one free postal entry is permitted per person, per competition. Multiple free entries for the same competition will not be counted and may be disqualified.

Free entries are treated equally to paid entries and have the same chance of winning.
• All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£).
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
• Tickets are non-refundable once purchased unless a competition is cancelled or required by law.
• We reserve the right to refuse entries or cancel orders at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to suspend or limit accounts where participation is considered excessive or harmful.
• Winners are selected fairly using a randomised and transparent draw process.
• The draw will take place on the date stated on the competition page or once all available tickets have sold.
• Draws may be live-streamed or recorded for transparency purposes.
• Winners will be contacted using the information provided at entry.
• Winners may also be announced on our website and social media platforms.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw the prize.
• Prizes are as described on the individual competition page.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Prize delivery or collection arrangements will be made directly with the winner.
• Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
• By entering a competition, you consent to us using your first name and general location for winner announcements where appropriate.
