These competitions are operated by ThirtySix Competitions, a UK-based online competition platform.
- Open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over. Northern Ireland and other jurisdictions are excluded. Proof of age, identity and address may be required. Employees, immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with a competition may not enter.
- Enter by the paid online route or the free postal route. Both routes require a correct answer, are included in the same random draw and have an equal chance of winning. Paid entrants choose available numbers or Lucky Dip and complete checkout. All entrants must observe the same combined per-person limit.
No purchase is necessary. Send a legible postcard or letter by ordinary first- or second-class post to ThirtySix Competitions Ltd, 90 Listing Drive, Liversedge, England, WF15 6HQ. Include your full name, address, date of birth, email, phone number, exact competition name, correct answer and confirmation that you accept the Terms. One entry is allowed per envelope or postcard. Multiple separately posted entries are permitted up to the same combined paid-and-free maximum. Entries must be received before closing and while numbers remain available. Valid postal entries receive available ticket numbers and are treated equally to paid entries. No proof of purchase is required.
- Winners are selected randomly from all correct entries.
- Draws may be conducted live on social media.
- Winners will be contacted directly using the contact details provided.
- Winners may also be announced publicly on our website and social platforms.
- Each competition page states its closing date, draw details, total entries and limits. A material change will be made only where reasonably necessary, published promptly and handled fairly. If a competition is cancelled, paid entrants receive a full monetary refund to the original payment method.
- Prize details are listed on each competition page.
- No cash alternative is available unless otherwise stated.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
- Paid entries are generally final once allocated. Refunds are provided where required by law and for confirmed duplicate charges, qualifying technical errors or a cancelled competition. Cancellation refunds are returned to the original payment method; site credit is offered only if the customer agrees.
We use reasonable care and skill in operating competitions. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or events outside our reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
Personal data will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may amend, suspend or cancel a competition only where reasonably necessary. We will act fairly, publish material changes promptly and avoid disadvantaging existing entrants where reasonably possible. Fraudulent, automated, ineligible or disruptive entries may be disqualified on reasonable grounds. A cancelled competition results in full monetary refunds for paid entries.
