What is ThirtySix Competitions?
ThirtySix Competitions Ltd operates online prize competitions with paid online entry and a free postal entry route. Both routes enter the same draw and have an equal chance of winning. Entrants must answer the qualifying question correctly and follow the published rules.
Who can enter the competitions?
Competitions are open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over. Residents of Northern Ireland and other jurisdictions are not eligible. We may request proof of age, identity and address before awarding a prize.
How are winners selected?
The closing date and draw details are shown on each competition page. All valid paid and free entries are included in the same random draw. Draws may be streamed live and/or recorded. We contact the winner directly and may publish limited winner information as explained in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
How do I enter a competition?
For paid entry, choose a live competition, answer the qualifying question correctly, select available ticket numbers or Lucky Dip and complete checkout. For free entry, follow the Free Postal Entry page and send one entry per envelope or postcard by ordinary first- or second-class post. Multiple postal entries are allowed up to the same combined per-person limit. No purchase is necessary and both routes have an equal chance of winning.
What payment methods do you accept?
Can I get a refund on my tickets?
Paid entries are generally final once allocated. Refunds remain available where required by law and for verified duplicate charges, qualifying technical errors or a cancelled competition. If we cancel a competition, paid entrants receive a full monetary refund to the original payment method. See the Refund Policy or contact support.
What kind of prizes can I win?
Our prizes range from cash awards to luxury holidays, cars, home makeovers, tech gadgets, and unique experiences. Each competition page provides a full description and images of the prize on offer.
How will I receive my prize?
Once you’ve been confirmed as a winner, our team will contact you to arrange delivery of your prize. All prizes include free UK delivery. For cash prizes, winnings are transferred directly to your bank account.
Is there a cash alternative for prizes?
Some competitions offer a cash alternative option. This will be clearly stated on the competition page. If a cash alternative is available, you can choose between the prize or the cash value after winning.
How do I create an account?
Select Register or My Account and provide accurate details. You must be aged 18 or over and resident in Great Britain. Registration is not a condition of using the free postal entry route; follow the Free Postal Entry instructions for the details required with a postal entry.
How do I change my password?
Log in to your account, go to ‘My Account’, and select ‘Account Details’. From there you can update your password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the ‘Lost your password?’ link on the login page.
Where can I see my entries and ticket numbers?
Paid ticket numbers appear in your confirmation email and My Account order history. Valid postal entries are allocated available ticket numbers and entered into the same draw. Keep a copy of your postal entry and contact support if you need help identifying an accepted entry.
