Refund Policy
Due to the nature of online competition entries and digital ticket purchases, all sales are generally considered final once payment has been successfully processed.
By purchasing an entry ticket, you agree that your entry is immediately submitted into the competition draw and therefore cannot usually be cancelled or refunded.
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact our support team immediately. Verified duplicate payments may qualify for a refund.
In the event of a technical issue, payment processing error, or accidental system malfunction, we reserve the right to review and issue refunds where appropriate.
If a competition is cancelled or cannot proceed for any reason, entrants may receive:
- A full refund
OR - Site credit / alternative compensation, depending on the situation.
